Tennessee Family

Last night West View played their first game of the season - the Washington County Jamboree at Gray - an impressive win over the South Central Wildcats. As we knew Dillon saw limited playing time, but in his time in the game he got two rebounds, blocked a pass, attempted two shots, and ran up and down the court in the midst of the team. Several things that they will need to work on - every time that Charlie and JonAlan got the ball they were called for walking, Charlie attempted about 10 field goals - only hit ONE and only hit 3 foul shots and had that "goofy" expression on his face (it's not MY fault), and Chris Ricker got two fouls in the first minute or two of playing - the "ref had it in for me." - ended up with four.
Kathy, I don't think that W.V. could have beaten that Sulphur Srings team that showed up last night. They made Lamar look "sick" - despite Lamar's 6 foot center.
